Abiodun inspired by Brazil legend Marta

Despite the Super Falcons defeat, the 20-year-old University of Pittsburgh player was hailed for her standout performance, and she had more proud moments on the pitch with the 38-year-old.

“A moment to remember! Last night (Thursday), I had the honour of chatting with Marta Vieira, whose legacy has inspired generations. Sharing wisdom, experiences, and smiles with such an icon is truly unforgettable. Here’s to chasing dreams and making history,” Abiodun posted via X on Friday.
