The President-elect, Bola Tinubu on Saturday cast his vote in the ongoing governorship election.

Tinubu performed his civic right at his polling unit in Alausa, Ikeja area of Lagos State.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State is seeking reelection for a second term.

Sanwo-Olu is a member of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

The incumbent governor is fighting to retain his seat against Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour of the Labour Party and Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, better known as Jandor of the Peoples Democratic Party..

Recall that Tinubu had lost Lagos State to the LP presidential candidate, Peter Obi during the February 25 election.
