Barely days after an elephant trampled a farmer to death in Ogun State, another elephant has been sighted in the Imobi/Itasin area of Ijebu East Local Government.

The presence of the animal was captured in a viral video posted on Facebook by Ijebu Rewa, drawing fresh concerns among residents of the area.

As of the time of filing this report, the state government has yet to issue an official statement regarding the incident or measures to ensure the safety of the affected communities.
