Kwara Varsity Dissociates From Former Student Over Fraudulent Activities

Thomas Adewumi University, Oko, Kwara State, has expelled a former student, Mr. Adeleye Israel Olayisade, over his alleged involvement in fraudulent activities.

In a public disclaimer posted on the university’s official social media page on Wednesday, the management stated that Mr. Olayisade was a student of the Anatomy programme before his expulsion.

The statement warned the general public, including individuals, organizations, and partners, not to engage with him on any matter concerning the institution.

According to the university, Mr. Olayisade no longer represents or has any form of affiliation with Thomas Adewumi University.

The management emphasized its zero tolerance for fraud and reiterated its commitment to promoting integrity, discipline, and academic excellence.

Members of the public have been urged to seek verification or make enquiries through the university’s official communication channels.
