Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has presented the N800bn 2024 budget to 4 members of the Rivers State House of Assembly.
The presentation was done while the House of Assembly Complex in Port Harcourt was being demolished.
The political crisis rocking the state took a different turn when 27 lawmakers defected from the Peoples Democratic Party to the All Progressives Congress.
