Portable Declares Himself Police Ambassador Amid Controversy

Controversial musician Habeeb Okikiola, known as Portable, has declared himself a police ambassador shortly after evading arrest by police officers.

Portable regained his freedom after being arrested for failing to pay off a debt on a Mercedes Benz GLE he bought from a Lagos car dealer.

In a social media post, Portable explained the situation, claiming he incurred extra expenses due to faults in the vehicle.

Reaffirming his relationship with the police, Portable proclaimed himself a police ambassador, stating, “Police is your friend.”

Netizens praised Portable for his ability to turn situations to his advantage, with some calling him an influential figure in the industry.

In response to his arrest, Portable shared a snippet of his new song, “Spiderman,” referencing his evasion tactics captured in a circulating video where he climbed over a gate before fleeing.
