A two-storey residential building in Phase Two, Site Two, Kubwa area of the Federal Capital Territory, has collapsed, leaving many feared trapped.

Eyewitnesses report that the building collapsed around 7 am on Saturday morning.

As of the time of this report, further details about the incident are still emerging. However, a spokesperson for the FCT Emergency Management Agency, Nkechi Isa, has confirmed that their search and rescue team is currently at the scene.
