Katsina Gov swears in new Head of Service, retains former Reform Adviser

Governor Dikko Umaru Radda of Katsina State has officially sworn in Alhaji Falalu Bawale as the new Head of Service for the state.

Additionally, the immediate past Head of Service, Usman Isiyaku, was sworn in as the Special Adviser on Public Service Reforms and as a member of the State Executive Council.

Addressing attendees at the ceremony held in the Katsina Government House Chamber, Governor Radda emphasized that both appointees were chosen based on their merit. He urged all permanent secretaries to collaborate closely with the new Head of Service to ensure the state’s progress.

Governor Radda highlighted the time constraint as a significant challenge facing his administration, emphasizing the need to efficiently address the multitude of tasks at hand.

Regarding the Special Adviser, the Governor praised his dedication and integrity, citing these qualities as reasons for his retention to benefit from his extensive experience.
