No witch hunt in Osun mining reforms — Governor Adeleke

Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has revealed that his administration has no agenda to witch hunt any individual or business engaged in mining in the state.

Governor Adeleke also stated that his administration is committed to ensuring fair practices in the state’s mining sector.

The governor made this known while speaking at a stakeholders’ forum held on Thursday in Osogbo.

The governor, represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Teslim Igbalaye, highlighted the ongoing legal and policy challenges within the federal system, particularly in the mining sector, where state, federal, and community rights often clashed.
