AAC Party Appoints New Executives For Anambra, Reinforces Commitment To Good Governance

The appointment was confirmed through the National Publicity Secretary, Femi Adeyeye.

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the African Action Congress (AAC) has announced the appointment of new executives to oversee the party’s affairs in Anambra State.

In a statement released on Tuesday, the NWC, led by National Chairman, Omoyele Sowore, and National Secretary, Ina Okopi Agu, stated that the development marks a  milestone for the party in the state.

The appointment was confirmed through the National Publicity Secretary, Femi Adeyeye.

The newly appointed leadership includes Chioma Grace Ifemeludike as Chairman, Veronica Ogechukwu Ikem as Vice Chairman (North), Nwadilibe Precious Somtochukwu as Vice Chairman (Central), and Nnaji Henry Chinonso as Secretary. Sylvia Uchendu takes on the role of Auditor, while Perpetual Onyinye Chikezie assumes the position of Financial Secretary. Chinonso Godson Osinomumu has been appointed Treasurer.

Additional roles include Okoye Paschal Chukwuebuka as Organising Secretary, Collins Enebeli as Youth Leader, Juliet Efobi as Woman Leader, Onuma Emmanuel Igweike as Legal Adviser, and Franlin Chinonso Ezekaka as Publicity Secretary.

The new leadership structure is expected to drive the party’s objectives and further its vision for a better Nigeria.

The statement read, “The new executives have pledged to work tirelessly to promote the party’s ideals and values, while also engaging with the people of Anambra State on revolutionary change in the political system.


“We also want to seize this medium to warn any criminal imposters trying to act as members or executives of the AAC in the state to steer clear from bringing trouble to themselves, as relevant authorities including security agencies have been alerted with this correspondence.


“The African Action Congress (AAC) is confident that the new executives will bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the party, and is committed to supporting them in their new roles.”
