The kwara state government has announced the termination of its engagement with State Social Waste Contractor stating stating that it didn’t meet the relevant agreement.
This was contained in a statement by the Commissioner for Environment, Mrs Remilekun Oluwatobi Banigbe and made available to Affairs TV News.
The ministry also announced opening for anyone interested in taking up the task, asking them submit application.
The statement reads “The Kwara State Government hereby announces the termination of the engagement of the State Social Waste Contractors, due to the inability to meet the relevant Service Level Agreements.
“The wellbeing of the good people of Kwara remains paramount to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, hence we will be leaving no stone unturned to ensure a more hygienic environment for all and sundry.
“On this note, the Ministry of Environment hereby invites Submission of Interest from the general public for the vacancies created”.
