Rector of the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Dr. Lateef Ademola Olatunji on behalf of the management has congratulated Muslim faithfuls on the occasion of Eid-l-fitr celebration.

Dr. Olatunji in his goodwill message to staff, students and polytechnic community thanked Almighty Allah for the gift of life and privilege to witness the end of the Holy month. He further urged Muslims to utilize the golden opportunity of sallah to pray for peace, tranquility and end to insecurity ravaging the country.

The statement signed by his Director of Information, Public Relations and Protocols, Mr. Olayinka Iroye reads in full:

“The Rector, Dr. L. A. Olatunji on behalf of Management wishes all Muslim faithfuls a blessed & happy Eid-El-Fitr celebration.

“Ramadan is a time of spiritual reflection, heightened devotion and charity. Muslims are urged to use the opportunity of Eid-el-fitri to pray for peace, tranquility and an end to the insecurity in Nigeria.”

“May Almighty Allah accept our Ibadah. Eid-ul-Mubarak.”
