Obiwusi Foundation Facilitates UBEC Furniture and Teaching Kits for Handicapped School in Osun

The School for the Handicapped in Iwo, Osun State has once again benefitted from the generosity of Omo Oloore Obiwusi Foundation as the President of the Foundation, Hon. Segun Obiwusi has facilitated the release of some furniture as well as Mathematics Teaching Kits from Universal Basic Education Commission to aid Learning and Teaching in the school.

Affairs TV reports that the materials was handed over to the School management on Sunday 5th July 2020 within the school premises.

While handing over the materials, Obiwusi informed the school management that arrangement has been done for the school to be included as beneficiary of “UBEC Education for All” program.

Recall that Obiwusi Foundation had in the past donated Toilet Facilities to the school.

Speaking to Affairs TV Reporter, Hon. Obiwusi explained that Special Children who are pupils of the school deserves special attention because they did not choose to be special so they have to be given the same attention any other child would be given.

He added that the foundation will always reach out to school frequently, while also encouraging the management of the school to see their job as an assignment from God and not to give up on any of the special children.
