Ramadan: Senator Oriolowo congratulates Muslim, calls for total adherence to preventive measures against #COVID-19

As we continue in the spiritual journey in this Holy month of Ramadan, it is essential that we always keep to the directives on social distancing, regular washing of hands & personal hygiene, restriction of movement if you are not an essential worker and other necessary preventive measures already outlined to stop the spread of #COVID-19.

I enjoined us all to remember our health workers who are in the frontline of this war in our prayers as they continue to devise means to put an end to this global crisis.

I commend the commensurate efforts put in place so far by President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Gboyega Oyetola to curb the spread of Coronavirus in our country and flatten the curve in our state.

I pray may the blessings of this month of Ramadan be on all of us and may Almighty Allah grant our prayers, accept our sacrifice of self denials and answer our supplications (Ameen).

Ramadan kareem to you all.

-Senator Moshood Adeyemi Adelere Oriolowo (FNSE)
