The Senator representing Osun-west Senatorial district at the National Assembly, Senator Adelere Oriolowo has commiserated with the people of Ode Omu Community over the demise of the Alayegun of Ode-Omu, Oba Lamidi Oke (Ladowe 1) who passed away on Tuesday.
This was contained in a statement released by the Senator Adelere Oriolowo Media Office and made available to Affairs TV by the Media Aide to the Senator, Niyi Isamotu in Osogbo on Tuesday.
Oriolowo described the death of the monarch as a sad shocking news , stating that the monarch in his life time was accommodating and friends to the young and the old.
He also sends his condolence to Osun Muslim Community in which the late Monarch served as ‘Giwa Adini’ before his demise
Oriolowo then prayed that the good Lord give the chiefs, sons and daughters of Ode-Omu and the entire Osun community the fortitude to bare the irreparable loss.

SENATOR ORIOLOWO COMMISERATE WITH ODE-OMU COMMUNITY OVER THE TRANSITION OF OBA LAMIDI OKE
The Senator representing Osun-west Senatorial district at the National Assembly, Senator Adelere Oriolowo wishes to commiserate with the entire community of Ode-Omu over the transition of their monarch, Oba Lamidi Oke (LADOWE I), the Alayegun of Ode-Omu.
The Senator said he was shocked to have heard of the transition of the highly reverred monarch who in his time was accommodating and friendly to both young and old.
The Senator equally commiserate with the Muslim community in Osun state as the late monarch was the ‘Giwa Adini’ in the state before his transition.
The Senator prayed may the good Lord grant the monarch Aljanat Fridaos and count him worthy among the pious.
He prayed may the good Lord give the chiefs, sons and daughters of Ode-Omu and the entire Osun community the fortitude to bare the irreparable loss.
The highly reverred monarch was learnt joined his ancestors today 4th of February 2020.
