Oyinlola visit to Oyetola; A Political sign Too Big to Ignore by Niyi Isamotu

Earlier today, the former Governor of Osun state, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola visited the Governor of the State of Osun, His Excellency, Mr. Gboyega Oyetola at Awolowo house Asokoro, Abuja to congratulate him on his victory at the guber poll held in the state last year.

The visit was quite symbolic as Oyinlola is not in the same political camp with the state of Osun Governor but it came as a surprise to many people that such visit can take place in a current heated political season in the country.

With the general election in the country some few days away, political analysts have therefore describe the congratulatory visit by Oyinlola as significant which has a political undertone.

They described the visit few hours after Oyetola had just attended the APC National caucus meeting which centred on the postponed national election as a pointer to what might unfold in few days to come.

There are some insinuations that Oyinlola might be preparing his way back to the All Progressives Congress (APC) or possibly to form an alliance between his party Africa Democratic Congress (ADC) and All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.

The true purpose of the visit is yet to be understood but going by some political incidence in the country in time past, this visit might not be far fetched from the different political insinuations people are deriving from it.
